My university sent out an alumni survey on what we were all doing half a year after graduating and under the question about work there wasn’t even an option for “unemployed.” You had to check “Other” and then write it in yourself. Pretty funny because unemployment for our age group is the highest it’s been in sixty years.

It’s frustrating that so many entry level job postings I see require at least two years of experience. Does that even make sense? A recent college graduate may not even be qualified for an entry level job? One of the more annoying parts of this recession is that employers have been able to (or maybe they have to) ask for so much more from their potential employees.
